TEASY SPIN POLE
Come and enjoy an introductory spin pole class where we'll explore the basic fundamentals of spin pole while channeling our inner divas. Students should be advised that they may need knee pads and they should always come dressed in clothing that will allow them to fully express themselves while moving freely around the pole and on the floor.

TEASY POLE 2.0
Explore the basic fundamentals of spin pole while channeling your inner diva Now it's time to step it up with a pole climb and transitions. Drills to help you get into more fun shapes. Students should be advised that they may need knee pads and they should always come dressed in clothing that will allow them to fully express themselves while moving freely around the pole and on the floor. Short sleeved tops and shorts are STRONGLY suggested. Please refrain from using moisturizers and lotions the day of class.
Twista's Freestyle Spin Pole
Soft Lyra is a burlesque inspired class where students will learn basic lyra techniques such as how to get in and out of the hoop as well as execute basic lyra poses. Students will learn a fun and flirty routine to show off the techniques they've learned in each class. Participants are encouraged to wear tights, bring knee pads and water.
TWERK CARDIO
Twerk Cardio is a high energy, booty shaking workout that gets your confidence all the way up! Don’t let the dancing fool you this is a full body workout. We combine twerk combos with cardio, leg work, and core, so you will feel it. It’s fun, it’s a vibe, and it’s a workout. No dance experience needed!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Bodyweight /low impact strength and conditioning specifically for pole dancers
STRETCH & BALANCE
Unlock your potential on the pole with our stretch & balance class. Designed specifically for pole dancers. Focus on opening your hips for improved flexibility buidling core strength and improving balance.We will use active and inactive stretching teqniques to increase flexibility and control. Perfect for all levels.
POLE TRICK'IN
Pole Trickin is now Pole Trick N' Combos
This class requires you to be able to do the following:
Strong Pole climb
Strong Pole sit
Basic spins on both sides
Learn combo and flow with mini choreography. Modification and challenges provided for every levels.
LOW LYRA
In the hoop one-hour foundationals, entry techniques, dynamic combos, and graceful exits. We'll also incorporate conditioning moves,

STILETTO LOW LYRA
Freestyle choreographed class. For the more advanced beginner. Learn more challeging poses with one leg hangs, inverts bottom and top hoop, spins and splits with heels. ( heels are optional)
SOFT LYRA
Freestyle choreographed class. For the more advanced beginner. Learn more challeging poses with one leg hangs, inverts bottom and top hoop, spins and splity with heels. ( heels are optional)
LIQUID DRIP
This is a floorwork class that focuses on the techniques of Liquid Motion.
Liquid Motion 1.0 teaches you to be "grounded" and flow with purpose, confidence, and sensual grace. Slide, melt, and flow into your most powerful self.

POLE PLATFORM HEELS 101
This class is for students who want to get comfortable walking in pole heels. Must bring appropriate heels to class. 6 to 7 inch ankle supported boot or peep toe with ankle support boot if you are a beginner. What to expect in class:
Warrm up- ankels, calfs arms and wrist
Heel basics and toes box drills, Controlled walking, posture and balance on toe boxes. Adding fun movements like hair whips,heel clacks,body & leg waves and different hand grips
