Reclaim Your Sensuality With Our Classes
Chairography
You will learn sensual movements that show off your best assets at the perfect angle and shapes in and around the chair. Both chair dancing classes are a workout. If you’re a beginner, we recommend taking our Introductory Chair class first to learn the basic moves.
Pole Dancing
All the fun and sensuality of dance while building upper body strength, core, and stamina through pole choreography. You will learn spins, transitions, and basic tricks through our beginner and more advanced classes. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Lyra
Lyra, also known as an aerial hoop, is a metal hoop that is suspended from the ceiling. In this class, you will learn the fundamental basic poses, mounts, and conditioning exercises to build strength. Women of all strengths and skill sets are welcome!
Private Events
Our private events focus on empowering women, from a girl’s night out to milestone birthdays and bachelorette parties to Diva divorce parties! We can help you host a powerful, sensual, and memorable experience!
