Reclaim Your Sensuality With Our Classes
Chairography
You will learn sensual movements that show off your best assets at the perfect angle and shapes in and around the chair. Both chair dancing classes are a workout. If you’re a beginner, This is a great class to start your sensual movement journey.
Pole Dancing
All the fun and sensuality of dance while building upper body strength, core, flexibility and stamina through pole choreography. You will learn spins, transitions, and tricks through our beginner and more advanced classes. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Lyra hoops
Lyra, also known as an aerial hoop, is a metal hoop that is suspended from the ceiling. Our hoops our set lower (waist height) than the 5ft standard. You will learn the fundamental how to enter & exit hoop, conditioning exercises to build strength to progress to mounts, poses, combos and fluid flow. Women of all strengths and skill sets are welcome!
Private Events
Our private parties focus on empowering women, from a girl’s night out to milestone birthdays, corporate team building, bachelorette parties.
We also offer our Signature Diva Divorce Ceromony and Curated for You. Our team can help you host a powerful, sensual, and memorable experience!
